History:

Founded on May 5, 1945, the enterprise is an important player in the aviation technology market. In 2016, the enterprise was included on the Ukrainian State Register of Scientific Institutions. On January 31, 2025, the form of ownership of Zaporizhzhia Machine-Building Design Bureau Progress State Enterprise named after Academician O. H. Ivchenko was changed to joint-stock company, offering new opportunities for development and cooperation.
